    Intermittent issue on my car, so far has not come up whilst on test but I have always been kept informed and also not charged for diagnostics when... they didn't find anything wrong, all whilst being nothing but polite despite me essentially, and embarassingly wasting their time...! Gives me the comfort that I can continue driving until the issue is more persistent, and no fear of returning out of embarassment as they have treated me admirably.
