    I had a mechanical problem. RAC was unable to find the fault but after a day spent at this garage I was surprised to discover they had located and mended the fault. Car drives as good now as it ever did

    Would recommend this company for any car / van repairs. Used this service for my van and car and am very happy with the service offered. My van had... an issue with brakes, gearbox mount and needed new brake lines along with the handbrake needing adjusting. All came back in perfect working condition. Feels like a new van again.Had also a problem with a leaking diff seal on my BMW. Rear was making a grinding sound due to the leak. All repaired and new oil in diff and after a little driving, no sound at all and everything now appears working correctly. Excellent job. Would 100% recommend with no problems. Cheers.read more

    Great service - I phoned up first thing in the morning to explain that my headlight visibility was poor and my suspension has been creaking... progressively getting worse.The receptionist booked me in for same day to be seen, when arriving it was simple and a mechanic named Nimesh came and spoke to me almost instantly after discovering what the problems were. He explained it in detail and was honest about the severity of the issues.Affordable pricing too!Thank you.read more

    This is a genuinely friendly, honest, and approachable garage. Iā€™ve had both my car and my partnerā€™s car MOT done here, as well as a recent service,... and the pricing is very reasonable. Itā€™s not easy these days to find a garage you can truly trust, but the staff at AutoCraft are exceptional, professional, reliable, and welcoming. 10/10, I would highly recommend this garageread more

    Having broken down on the M1 about 100 miles from home and waiting over 7 hours for recovery, my car was taken to Autocraft Dunstable. The gentleman... who came from Richford Motor Services recommended the garage. My clutch wasnā€™t working, pedal to the floor, so not roadside repairable As this was a Saturday night the garage wouldnā€™t be open until Monday. I phoned them first thing on the Monday and spoke with a lady and told her the circumstances. As they are an extremely busy garage she did tell me that they might not be able to look at it that week which actually suited me as I was away all week and would need to arrange a lift to the garage the following week. The garage did actually phone me the next day with the news that my car had several issues with the master cylinder, clutch and gearbox so it was a quite a big job. She quoted me a figure and said sheā€™d give me time to think about it plus they offer interest free payments over 4 months. I asked her to send me the quote which she did the next day and she had managed to get the figure down a little. Went ahead with the repair and picked up my car the following week. Was a little wary about driving at first but was straight back on the motorway and my little motor has been like a new car. I canā€™t thank this garage enough. I was a little disappointed not to meet the lady Iā€™d been talking to when I picked up my car as I wanted to thank her personally for her kindness and understanding on the phone.Highly recommend this garage.read more
